By using Pinoon, you agree to these Terms.

2. Service Description

Pinoon helps users capture, review, and export receipts for bookkeeping workflows.

3. Account and Access

• You are responsible for activity under your account.
• You must provide accurate information.
• You must keep your device and credentials secure.

4. Integrations and OAuth

• Third-party integrations are connected through OAuth.
• Pinoon does not require provider email passwords directly in the app.
• Provider usage is subject to each provider's own terms.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, upload illegal or harmful content, or violate law or third-party rights.

6. Data and Privacy

Privacy practices are described in the Privacy Policy.

7. Service Availability

The service may have downtime, maintenance windows, or beta limitations.

8. Export and Accounting Responsibility

Users are responsible for reviewing data before final accounting submission. Pinoon provides tooling, not legal or accounting advice.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided "as is" without guarantees of uninterrupted or error-free operation.

We may suspend or terminate access for misuse or legal reasons. Users may stop using the service at any time.
